Terms of Use
The posture in one line: the house analyzes; the person decides. Everything below is that line, written for the record. Effective July 2026.
1 · The operator
atravox.com, brief.atravox.com, and the ATRAVOX publications (together, “the house”) are operated by Speculan LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“the operator,” “we”). You can reach the desk at desk@atravox.com. By using the sites or subscribing to the publications, you accept these terms.
2 · The nature of the work
ATRAVOX publishes analysis and education — readings of situations, organizations, negotiation, and power, delivered as publications, volumes, and analytical services. It is not, and is never to be taken as, legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, or any other form of professional or personalized advice. No fiduciary, advisory, or professional–client relationship is formed by reading the publications, purchasing the volumes, or holding any membership or retainer.
Decisions, and their consequences, remain entirely yours. The work is written to sharpen your judgment, not to substitute for it — nor for the counsel of qualified professionals engaged on your own situation, which you should seek where your circumstances call for it.
3 · Memberships, purchases, billing
Memberships in The Brief and purchases of Canon volumes are transacted at brief.atravox.com, on Ghost infrastructure, with payments processed by Stripe. Prices are stated at the point of purchase. Paid memberships renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time from your member account, effective at the end of the paid period. Founding-charter terms, where offered, are honored exactly as stated at the time of the offer.
If something goes wrong with a purchase, write to desk@atravox.com and a human will resolve it. Statutory rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
4 · The content and its license
All content published by the house — the publications, the Canon, the marks, the kamon, the seal — is the property of the operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Membership and purchase grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to read and keep the work for your own use.
You may quote briefly with attribution. You may not republish, resell, redistribute, or share member-gated or purchased content, and you may not use the house's content to train, fine-tune, or ground machine-learning systems without written permission from the operator.
5 · Conduct
You agree not to misuse the sites — including attempts to breach the paywall, scrape at scale, interfere with the infrastructure, or impersonate the house or its persona. The house may decline or end service where these terms are breached, refunding any unused paid period where the law requires it.
6 · No warranties; limitation of liability
The sites and publications are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all warranties, and its aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the sites and publications is limited to the amounts you paid to the house in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7 · Changes
The house may revise these terms as the work evolves. Material changes will be noticed to members by email or in the publications before they take effect. Continued use after notice is acceptance.
8 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the state and federal courts sitting in Wyoming, unless the law of your place of residence mandatorily provides otherwise.
